In the Gender and Cognitive Development Lab, we examine a wide range of issues, most of which relate in some way to gender or child development. Current projects include studies of gender stereotypes of infants, perceptions of children's rights, and attitudes towards vegetarianism.

We recently presented our work on Attitudes towards Vegetarianism and Hunting at the Association for Psychological Science Annual Convention in San Francisco, CA in May.

We have also presented our research at the International Conference on Infant Studies in Vancouver, BC (April 2008), the Society for Research in Child Development in Boston, MA (March 2007), and at the International Conference on Infant Studies in Kyoto, Japan (June 2006).
